1. Graduate in architecture, interior design, environmental art, or related disciplines, holding a college degree or higher.
2. At least 7 years of professional experience in interior decoration and design.
3. Strong communication skills, professional ethics, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to take ownership. Teamwork and collaborative spirit are essential.
4. Extensive hands-on experience with large-scale residential and villa projects, from concept to execution.
5. Familiarity with interior construction techniques and processes, as well as relevant design regulations and standards.
6. Proficient in conceptualization and hand-drawing, with a strong sense of creativity and spatial thinking. Capable of independently completing comprehensive design plans. Must excel in design effect control and have a keen artistic and creative vision. Sharp fashion sense, active design thinking, and clear ideas with the ability to handle diverse design styles.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead project conceptualization and plan designs, independently completing design proposals and directing rendering and construction drawing production.
2. Maintain strong client relationships by providing full-service support, including proposal presentations, discussions, and assistance with contract signing.
3. Participate in project drawing reviews and work meetings, resolving design issues arising during the production phase.
4. Handle project handovers (internal and on-site), and participate in mid-term and final-stage acceptance inspections.
5. Provide on-site guidance and supervision at critical construction phases, ensuring the final results align with the design intent to enhance client satisfaction.
6. Collaborate closely with the project engineering department to address design-related challenges during project execution. Oversee project progress, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of design and construction outcomes.
